Cooled down;
I start thinking clearer, understanding my wrongs and faults better and learning from them. First the car accident and now the gallons and gallons of water spilled on wood flooring. I mean, I think any normal human being would be upset and shaken from events like that right? But I guess I’m used to just having someone to talk it out with to help deal with whatever I’m feeling....
Times like this;
I usually have at least one person to fall back on. Like, someone I know right off the bat I can run to because I’m losing my mind. When I feel like I’m losing all the ground I’ve got and start to fall to rock bottom, just someone who’s got my trust and who’s willing to listen with care on my every hurt and pain.
But these days I feel like I don’t have anyone....
Compliments;
It’s always nice to get them. Whether it’s “Wow, you look lighter than you did yesterday!” or “You don’t look as chubby as you did earlier!”. Course, I don’t like those compliments myself. It makes me smile getting them though, haha. But for me, it always feels better to tell other people compliments, just knowing I might be lifting up their day.
